Dual-boot screen does not open Windows 10

The Zorin 17 Core install worked 'sort-of.' The screen has Zorin at the top and two Windows 10 options below. The Zorin default work just fine. However, neither of the Windows options work: "Setting partition type to 0x7. error: can't find command 'drivemap'. error: invalid EFI file path. Press any key to continue." This is result for both Win10 options.

The work-around seems to be:
F12 to open Gigabyte boot menu (UEFI DualBIOS). Selecting P0 results in not a bootable disk, any key to continue message. Any key opens a Zorin dual-boot screen (in a smaller font/higher resolution screen?) where selecting Win10 (on /dev/nme0n1p1) opens Win10 successfully. Any suggestions?

You could boot from live Zorin USB boot stick, choose "Try Zorin" mode and then enter "boot repair" in the search field of the Zorin start menu and run it.

Another option:

Follow the first steps as described in this thread.

First enable os-prober (it is a service that detects other OS on the installed system) by editing /etc/default/grub/ so that this line is shown there

GRUB_DISABLE_OS_PROBER=false

then run

sudo os-prober

and if the output shows Windows update grub with

sudo update-grub

followed by a reboot.
