In the past, I've tried dual booting Linux with Windows and installing Grub. But Windows always overwrites/corrupts Grub, no matter where I keep it.
How do I install ZorinOS without its bootloader and instead use Windows bootloader?
Welcome to the Forum!
When You install zorin, You could use the ''Install zorin alongside Windows'' Installation Option. Then the Installer will do all automatically set up. Or You can create the Partitions manually with the ''Something else'' Option. The You have to choose under ''Device for boot loader installation'' the Entry Windows Boot Manager:
But to explain something to avoid some Missunderstanding: The Windows Boot Stuff and the Zorin Boot Stuff are landing both in the same Partition, the EFI-Partition. GRUB shows that visually and You can choose which System You want to start.
