Hi all.
I’ve recently installed zorin but struggling to get dvd playback. I’ve gone through the terminal and used all codes I’ve found online which I’ve had no issues with but still no joy at getting anything to work.
Is there a specific media player to download?

Now it's been some years back since I had a DVD-drive, but you could try VLC - it's a safe bet. Or you could try with Clapper.
I’ve tried following that and seems to have installed but no luck trying to use the VLC. Also tried downloading another playing but can’t config. Could be an issue with reading the discs rather than with my installation
Are you trying to wartch standard DVD or Blu-Ray? Have you ever cleaned it with one of these?
Just check you have libdvdcss:
VLC would've been my first guess; it has never failed me for this type of thing. You might find it available in the Software store coming from two different sources, right under the "Install" button where there's a dropdown with multiple sources. If one of them doesn't work, try the other one (although in theory this shouldn't be necessary).
