Error al conectarse a intenet [Translation: Error connecting to the internet]

The older Macbooks use Broadcom, which considers its drivers proprietary.
Can you connect using your phone tethered as a hotspot or other means?
If so, run

sudo apt update

sudo apt install bcmwl-kernel-source

OR (Since it is a 2008):

sudo apt install firmware-b43-installer

Zorin may already show which drivers to install.

  • First Connect to internet using your Ethernet
  • Launch Software & Updates
  • Navigate to Additional tab
  • Check if any drivers are available
    • If available, install them and reboot your system

If wifi is connecting OK and just showing as ? then that maybe due to connection checking.

In Zorin>Settings>Privacy>
Toggle connection check on/off or off/on and the "?" will go away.

I get that ? all the time, its annoying, but does not affect wifi operation.
