I have Zorin Os 17 and in each update a loop is generated when reaching linux-headers-6.5.026-generic, it is repeated in line 1041 from there it no longer happens.
What do I do to resolve it?

Could you show us a capture of the actual error? it could be the old kernel itself or a broken dkms - and the solution would be different for each
