Error informing the kernel about modifications to partition /dev/nvme0n1p2 -- Device or resource busy

Error informing the kernel about modifications to partition /dev/nvme0n1p2 -- Device or resource busy. 'This means linux won't know about any changes you made to dev/nvme0n1p2 until you reboot -- so you shouldn't mount or use it in any way before rebooting.

Installing Zorin 16 Pro on an Acer laptop, with Samsung M.2 nvme drive.

How to recreate error:
Boot Zorin 16 Pro USB on Acer laptop
Begin Installation procedure from linux USB on M.2 drive
Error presented automatically during set-up "where are you?" portion of installation procedure.

Solution: Cancel Zorin Installation. Re-Format M.2 SSD. Reboot to Zorin USB Installer. Re-start Installation Procedure, selecting ZFS (experimental) file system for installation.

Other: This laptop used to be windows 10. Had to go into BIOS and enable AHCI instead of Intel RST. Worked with Secure boot still on and in UEFI mode. Had other errors, but will open seperate topics to address those (if no similar posts already present on forum).

Try what is suggested here: Comment #4 : Bug #525033 : Bugs : ubiquity package : Ubuntu

Additionally, it seems https://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/fedora-35/error-informing-the-kernel-about-modification-to-partition-dev-hda3-385466/#post2012106 recommends to just let the Zorin installer do the partitioning and formatting.
