What is the terminal output of
sudo apt update
Well this is taking time. It is going at 50kbps. But I always only get like
500kbps everywhere not just terminal.

On the Other software tab, look through the list for:
/mark-pcnetspec/conky-manager-pm9
When you find it, click it to select it. Then click the Remove button on the bottom toolbar.

PPA could be very useful but it could be also problematic, if the repo is not up to date.
As the name Persona Package Archive (PPA) suggests, PPAs are maintained by individuals outside the official Ubuntu repository.
WOW, this has happened to me too! When I upgraded my POP OS installation from 20.10 to 21.04, suddenly a couple of my PPA packages were no longer supported. I don't know how I had missed that before upgrading but I did. I was forced to remove said packages.
And by doing so, I was able to update my software once again. But, as soon as the developers upload the software for the current distro your using, you can re-install it later, if its something you can't live without hehe.
