Have you checked that CPU virtualization is enabled in the BIOS?

How do I check? Was working up until recently had to remove and reinstall get this message

If it was working properly then you should have CPU virtualization enabled. Have you also installed the additional vbox extension package?

yes it is on

Did you install from Software or from Sun Microsystems website?
Zorin 18 is based on Ubuntu 24.04 so make sure that you downloaded the package for Ubuntu 24.04.
