since yesterday I got update errors when running software updater. I tried terminal update & upgrade instead and the error repeats here, I think:
Err:11 Index of /oguzhaninan/stacer/ubuntu focal Release
404 Not Found [IP: 185.125.190.52 80]
How do I resolve such an issue correctly in general and especially now?

This is a bad repository.
Launch Software & Updates and in the Other Software tab, scroll down the list and fine the oguzhaninan/stacer/ubuntu repository line. Click on it to select it. Then click the Remove button lower right.
That should resolve the issue.
Stacer is available in the Main Universe Repository, so you do not need to find another working repository.
