ETH0 I217-V ethernet driver don't work

I have a notebook Positivo n250i
He use the Intel ethernet drive I217-V - 00:19.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation Ethernet Connection I217-V (rev 05)

The Linux recognizes the Hardware but don't recognizes cable ethernet and in iwconfig just show lo and wlan0

Is it possible to test it with another cable? Sometimes the problem can be a broken/defect cable.
