Ethernet not working when my laptop put to sleep

The ethernet connection on my laptop work well. But when I put my laptop to sleep, the ethernet not working well until I restart my laptop. What should I do?

This is your ethrnet chip.

I checked:

It "works" in Ubuntu20.04 which Zorin 16 is based on.

On the other hand, the reports says "detected" in Zorin 15 which could mean detected but not functioning the way it should.
