Every time i try to connect Bluetooth headset it crashes settings

like the title says every time i try to connect the Bluetooth headphones via the settings menu it crashes the software it is not the hardware because it worked fine on windows is there a hidden setting or missing packet i need to install if you lot can help me if you can thanks
