External Debugger Dump:

My wife's computer just started flashing and had weird lines running through it. I had her reboot it and it seemed to be working fine, but she needed a graphic program, I tried to install Pinta and Krita an both returned and error message. I then tried running sudo dpkg --configure -a and it returned this message in the terminal:
@-IdeaPad-3-15IIL05:~$ sudo dpkg --configure -a

Zorin Core 16.3

Since the original install last May she has only used the system upgrade and only upgraded when prompted and has added no additional software. She doesn't even know how, I would have had to do that for her. I suspect the crash damaged some software.

Can you please run

sudo apt --fix-broken install

Then run

sudo apt update

and post the results of updating apt here using the </> no-parse icon on the post toolbar

Sorry I double posted this problem. I could find it and didn't know if I had submitted it. I am still unfamiliar with this forum. One may be deleted if the moderators want too.

No problem; Duplicate Removed.

Here is the output. I am not familiar with the </> no-parse icon on the post toolbar

There is no file sources.list.d in apt.
Which seems unusual.
I use the Mate desktop and haven't used Zorin since 6, so things may be different from what I am used too.

What you listed was the File sources.list
Not the directory sources.list.d

Did you change the command I posted above?

I have just decided to do a reinstall. I did a complete backup and that just seems easier at this point. Thanks for trying to help. i appreciated it
