i wanna looking for a mic setting since it was there but my mic isn't giving that much louder voice compare to windows which actually give good quality or is it the hardware compatibility issue

I don't understand right. You look for a Mic Setting, okay. But for what one?
You could try using alsamixer to have a play with your mic settings.
Open terminal (ctrl+alt+t) , then type:
alsamixer
Hit F6 to check sound card is listed.
Hit F5 to display All sound channels.
Check no microphone channels are showing Muted [MM] or low volume.
Unmute by selecting the channel and Hit M
You may want to play with [Auto-Mute] and [Feedback-mode] channel settings to test effect.
