Did You tried the Command on the FAILED Entry for Looking for Details? But I guess You need a sudo before: sudo systemctl status networkd-dispatcher.service

But Your System starts normally or isn't it? And You can log in and use it?

No I can't enter. Is there a way to open the terminal when the system is booting? Because I can't enter to desktop and i just stuck

Do you come to the GRUB Menu? If yes, press there the c-Button to open a Command Line Tool.

here!

Thank You. For me it looks like some kind of Python Error. Because I see there that You are running the new 6.8 Kernel: Did you tried to start with the older 6.5 Kernel? To do that choose in the GRUB Menu the ''Advanced Option'' Menu Point and choose there the 6.5 Kernel and start with it.

Alternatively to that you could try in this Command Line Interface to reinstall this specific Package with the Command sudo apt reinstall networkd-dispatcher
