Everything in your terminal output looks fine (or normal). Launching Nautilus as root will throw a few warnings since your saved configurations are stored in home, not in Root.
As to your specific error - this seems to be a common on displayed on Zorin OS 17 since its release - and I have not figured out why. Or which package it is referring to.
It implies a bug in the updater.
I was having the same issue with 17.1 Pro after a firmware update. Deleting /var/lib/fwupd/pending.db did the trick - thanks everyone!

Ah, I finally got it! too be busy to read stuff properly! No more notification! I just hope that the notification wasn't telling me something I needed to know and that I've just stopped being notified of an issue!
