Seems okay enough. I see you have US in the sourcelist. Try switch to main server instead of US. You do it in Software Center's burger menu.
Thanks Storm! Initially (a few days ago), I did switch to the Main Server, but for some odd reason it would not recognize either my platform or issue and provide the latest update. I just switched to the large umbrella or the specific location: "mirrors.ubuntu.com" and then again switched back to the general "Main Server" selection. This seemed to work for now....no "Failed to Update" at startup. Who knows...maybe my computer kept sticking with the US Servers and wouldn't allow me to go outside. Thanks again for you assistance!
