My ThinkPad was a rebuilt one that does have a SSD - 164.2 GB, 3.7 GB memory.

Delete a partition SWAP. Create partition EFI/esd for grub? I reading on SSD hard disk no need partition SWAP and not good idea for SSD. I could be wrong, always better asking or check.
