I have run my income tax program under Wine. When submitting to the tax office with "Elster" the error message "wmain23.dll responds"
Went last year always.
I can find almost no information on wmainXX.dll (wmain19.dll, wmain22.dll and wmain23.dll) except for a few mentions on websites written in German. I suspect that this is a Regional Software issue (perhaps something to do with German laws?).
