Fingerprint in password manager "Secrets" not working properly

Hello everyone. I'm new to Zorin OS 18 Pro, in fact I installed this operating system a few months ago on my Dell Inspiron 15-5510.

I am using the password manager "Secrets" on Zorin, while on my other devices (Android and Windows) I use KeePass. The problem is that I enabled the fingerprint for "Secrets" and apparently it doesn't work completely.

In fact, what I would like is that every time I open the password manager, I would like to log in via fingerprint, without having to enter the Masterkey. At the moment the fingerprint function as first login does not work, only if I lock the database and try to log in again, then in that case it asks me for the fingerprint for quick unlock. Is there a way to enable it right away when the software first starts?

Thank you all so much in advance

Any reason why you don't also use KeePass on Zorin?

Well, that's a great answer, hahaha. Simply because Secrets was already installed by default on Zorin, and the UX was much more pleasant, elegant, and modern, that's all. But I'll probably have to switch to KeePass if I want to solve this problem...

UPDATE: I installed KeepassXC for Linux, and the fingerprint feature hasn't been implemented yet. So, maybe it's best to switch back to Secrets.

As far as I understand the reports and instructions on fingerprint and face recognition, Linux always requires you to enter your regular password when you restart the system. Only for subsequent logins after locking the system, logging out, or putting the computer to sleep is a fingerprint sufficient.
