Hello All, I'm not able to get the Fingerprint Reader to work on the Fingerprint GUI (V1.09). The Elan driver is identified in the GUI, but under "Fingerprint Devices" it says "No Devices Found".

Which distro are you using? Lite or core?
15.3 had limited support for fingerprint readers. The application didn't recognize some of the newer models.
You may try this:
login - Fingerprint Activation on Ubuntu 18.04 - Ask Ubuntu
But you may have to search based on the reader model and Ubuntu 18.04 which is what zorin 15.3 is based.
