We can try to clean with these commands in a terminal and sudo
sudo dpkg --configure -a && sudo apt-get -f install && sudo apt update && sudo apt dist-upgrade -y && sudo apt autoremove --purge -y && sudo apt clean
(enter password and press enter)
reboot
then
snap refresh
then
flatpak update
Tell us if terminal says anything.
