Nothing to do.

Normally, it would update some apps.

Which flatpak is depended on this package? Have you tried uninstall it?

I've read other posts online about the issue. I know what you mean. However, I have no skills to find what app is dependent on this runtime version.
This issue happens on Ubuntu, Elementary OS, etc.. as I have installed other distros. It doens't affect the normal updates. I always do sudo flatpak update just in case.
