After update of zorin, all flatpak settings are reset to default.
What do You exactly mean with that? Please provide more Details.
for instance, i play widelands (flatpaks version) and have some settings in widelands. Also i downloaded some maps wich i like to play. Also my saved games, all settings in widelands, all downloaded maps in widelands and all saved games, all is gone after update of zorin.
Not only in widelands, also settings in microsoft Edge (flatpaks version) are gone after update of zorin. also settings and search plugins in qbittorrent (flatpaks version) are gone.
Flatpak version of Edge is only a community-provided package that is not verified by, affiliated with, or supported by Microsoft Corporation.
Unfortunately most of Flatpak packages are like this.

Okay, when that happened after an Update: Can You remember what Update You did received? Spontaneously, I wouldn't have an Idea what should force such a Behavior.
Also, You could replace the Flatpak Version of Edge with the .deb Version like @sglbl has written and linked.
I do not exactly remember the update. I just wanted to mention it. My solution: I copied the .var/app map and copied back the settings for the app if needed. No big deal, it works for me.
