Hi, how do I instal the latest "flatpak" Flatpak version 1.12 needed for some "Steam issues" https://github.com/flatpak/flatpak/releases thanks.

Use apt version (sudo apt install steam) or:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:flatpak/stable
sudo apt update
sudo apt install flatpak
