I must sayed format help linux after some long time.
Smoothly and stable like all operating system after fresh installation like a good "sauna".
I always stick with Ext4. When I ran Open SuSE Linux 9.3 Professional I stupidly used ReiserFS (named after the developer who murdered his wife) - it murdered my system at the time and lost a lot of irrecoverable data. As an editor of LXF magazine once quipped they had wished they had listened to the Ext4 gods - he had had similar experience with Reiser FS - another reason why I don't touch Knoppix anymore as of version 8 I tried it would only allow you to use ReiserFS.
