Freezing randomly

Hello there.
I'm really tired of freezing of linux. These freezes is on every single distro that i used. Windows do not freeze, but the perfomance is bad on it.
Tried arch-based ubuntu-based and debian distros.
Tried to fix it with chatgpt - didnt helped
I have swap so its not about swap

My device:
Asus E410MA
RAM: 4 GB; CPU; Intel Celeron N4020 (that has Intel Graphics 600); SSD 128 GB

So, some hints that i have: When i disconnect my laptop and it starts work from the battery it will freeze (after some seconds)
It can freeze when i log in to xfce4
It can freeze after i log in to xfce4 successfully, but after opening firefox it freezes.

If you will say hardware problem, then why i dont have these problems on windows?

I can take some logs. Please say which

Welcome to the Forum!

When it is a common Problem it could depend on your Hardware Specs. But You already using the xfce Desktop ... Did You tried it with MX Linux?

For Zorin ... Do You have fractional Scaling active? Did You tried to change between Wayland and Xorg to check if it runs better? Are You using the new 6.8 Kernel on zorin? If yes, try it with the older 6.5 Kernel. The newer One makes some Issues at the Moment.

I tried MX Linux. Bad too
Dont even know what fractional scaling is and where it is.
Wayland works very bad. Xorg was better
Okie i will try to use 6.5

Fractional Scaling You can find in the Display Settings. There is a Toggle to activate it. It offers In-between Steps for the Scaling Rate.

Okay, try it and say if it works or not.

not helping but just want to say , i used many various distros before and almost all of them would start freezing after couple months of using.
zorin didn't do that to me yet lol
i was on kernel 6.5 but just now updated to 6.8 ...let's hope it stays stable for me
from experience i know pinpointing a freezing problem is troublesome ,good luck mate

When you wrote that it freezes after switching to battery power or opening Firefox I'm thinking to a battery save problem. Did you set Bilanciate as power save method?
