Fresh Install But still Intel Driver Issue/ Line in video and when scrolling

I just did a fresh install on my xps 13 2in1 and still get a line in my video and when I am scrolling.
I'd thought I run a bug report like mentioned in this article and here are the results...........................................................................................................................................................................................this is literally what it kept doing for at least 10 min so I turned it off.

I am also trying to get a wintousb install and perhaps update my drivers this way but the program fro hasleo doesn't seem to work on my device.

Is something missing or am I not understanding this?

Haha, no it never stopped it just continuously created these dots and at some stage I just turned it off.

Have you tried the x-swat/x-updates tip?
