Fresh install Zorin 18 alongside Windows 10 on Lenovo T480

Hello,
I m still getting error during instalation process, your computer using Bitlocker.
But I checked Bitlocker is OFF in Windows. Tried to turn off Secureboot, erase and disable TMP chip. Still getting error.
It's little frustrating as message appear when Zorin tries to install files, not at beginnig (setup Instalation).
I have pro license on HP Elitebook x360 and have dualboot without problem, but I d like to buy license for another PC as I already uses Zorin on two computers.
I m trying Core version firs, I think its no difference between Pro and Core in instalation process.

Did You checked if in Your BIOS is a Bitlocker Setting, too? And did You tried to delete Secure Boot Keys in BIOS?

Did try it all, but what I didn't try is switch Quick boot to normal/diagnostic boot.

p.s.: Also have problem with Win11 on another computer, but it is covered in another forum as not doable at this time (not for regular user)

Maybe try normal Boot.

Didn't help but I'll try it from scratch. My Windows 10 was preinstaled by seller from refubrished shop, so something is messed up. I have two PC without problems with dual-boot Zorin 17.32 Pro / Win10.

Will try Win11 (nobody likes Win11 updates but as secondary system is OK).

Does the BIOS run in UEFI or Legacy Mode? Depending on that, You have to create the bootable USB Stick in GPT (for UEFI) or MBR (for Legacy).

Sorry for late reply (my son has been born :slight_smile: ). Fresh install W10+Zorin 18 was completely without problem.
