Game Capture HD60 S+ won't capture sound

I notice the Capture HD60 won't capture sound. I got the video ongoing on OBS but it didn't capture sound. Not either Sound Settings in Zorin. How to fix that?

Have you checked the manufacturer's troubleshooting page?

I have never used this product and wouldn't even know where to begin...

Yes, I read it and it's shows only Elgato software. Not OBS

You could try taking a look at the audio meters in OBS itself and make sure the slide bar is moved enough to the right to capture sound
