Games aren't running well for some reason

Steam lag after update zorin

Hello guys I have a problem on my steam, working well until today, after a update the system (apt update). The steam open but start lag, can't play nothing ( football manager 2024). I try with older version of the game and the problem is the same. I remember to see some of updates say something about kernel. It's possible to revert the updates (kernel)? I didn't try to remove the steam and reinstall. Any help Thanks

OP mentions there was something related to Steam so maybe double check you're not behind on updates?
