Zorin OS Forum and HelpDesk Moderators may begin a practice of closing threads within a reasonable timeframe of the thread being marked as Solved.
A little time must pass in case it appears solved, but not long after it becomes clear it was not solved, after-all.
In order to keep threads tidy and a useful resource for lurkers and members alike to find solutions, it is best if Solved Threads are not re-used in the future.
