How can i make my start screen in zorin os to look like this?
Is there an extension for that? Or to simply not show the activities in the new zorin full screen menu at the top
Press fast 2 Times the Windows Button. This is the App Grid.
That could be a bit ... difficult. There is a Gnome Extension called Quick Settings Tweaks - GNOME Shell Extensions. With that You can set up the Quick Settings a bit. I don't think that it will look exactly like this but maybe near to it. You could try it.

Theming ... Well there You have a lot of Options. Take a look at www.gnome-look.org and there look in the GTK3/4 Themes Category at the left Side and look what You like.
