The developer of that application has shown no interest in maintaining the application as a standardized APT or AUR package.
As such, it is only available as a Flatpak and relies on the dependencies associated with Gnome 40+.
It should still be installable on Zorin OS, however, as a flatpak. If you are having trouble, try checking for that application directly on Flathub.
