Gnome Software Manager not offering flatpak any longer

I assume that i accidentically removed the installation possibility of flatpak / flathub packages via Gnome Software Manager by another installation.

For an AppImage of Balena Etcher the ISO tools tells me to install FUSE otherwise it won't work. So i did that by apt install ...

With that action i assume that i damaged my flatpak abilities.
First remarked by command
flatpak update -> command flatpak not found ...

Re-Installed flatpak by apt install flatpak afterwards flatpak install flathub

But also after reboot my Gnome Software Manager no longer offers flatpaks.
just Snap or ZorinOS packages are possible. Still can use flatpak ...

but i don't know which additionally packages i need to repair the Software Manager (App Shop)?

flatpak repair or flatpak repair --user didn't help so far - no changes in the Shop.

Thanks in advance - any help apprecieated.

apped update:

found this

but commands end with
Unbekannte Option --replace
(unknown operation --replace)

So ZorinOS maybe needs some special steps to reproduce??

Found it

To be honest I avoid flatpak, snap ... and most definitelt Balena Etcher. Ventoy is far superior to Balena Etcher.

yes agree but for any reason my gparted live won't start from the ventoy 1.1.05 boot stick.
So generated a boot stick with balena - that worked.

So ventoy has been my first choice but with no success for this operation.

Thanks.

GParted live gives its own instructions to use Linux Live USB installer:

If an additional question is allowed here ...

Is there any way to examine the gnome-software store for "no longer maintained software" that is installed?

I found some packages by command flatpak update that delivers Info/ Warnings to switch to another .... asap.
So deleted gfeeds, OBS-Studio (older version), etc. etc.

Is there a way to check this by gnome-software manager?

As far as I know not. But when it is a specific flatpak, you could go to flathub and contact them and name the Application. Maybe they will take it off.
