Gnome Terminal not adjusting to full height when using Tiling mode with gaps in ZorinOS 18 Pro

When using Tiling mode with defined gaps, Gnome Terminal doesn’t adjust to 100% of the height in some cases because it internally respects the number of available rows based on the text size. When the Tiling system has no defined gaps, it adjusts to 100%. Is there any way to fix this issue? It seems to be a problem with the Tiling Shell plugin that Zorin uses under the hood. I’ve tested this plugin on Ubuntu, and the same thing happens; however, with Ubuntu’s native Tiling Assistant, the problem doesn’t occur — it adjusts perfectly to the available height even when gaps are defined for the windows.
