Gnome Update

Something I am curious about it updating the Gnome shell itself. Zorin is far enough behind that some extensions I am interested in are not supported. (Things like rounded corners for apps, etc.) I am not experienced enough yet to just upgrade with ease. While it looks easy, I have a feeling that it will interfere with the normal update releases made by the dev team.

Is attempting to update to the latest version of Gnome smart? Will it cause problems for me when I do updates?

On Zorin? No. You'll break your system for sure.
If you want the latest Gnome, I'll recommend Fedora or Arch Linux.

That's what I assumed. Thanks.
