Did you take a look at Software& Updates >Additional drivers if there is offered an nvidia driver? Is the nvidia driver shown as used or is nouveau shown as used?
You need an old kernel for this card, I'd recommend 5.15 because it is a LTS kernel.
Are you on Zorin 17 or 18?
Are secure boot and fast boot turned off in your BIOS? Is also fast startup in Windows disabled if you have a Dualboot with Windows?
I download drivers from there, and it show that im using nvidia driver but as i said my resolution is very low. And Im on zorin 18
yes both
Which nvidia driver (version) is shown?
470 version
I tried 5.15 and nothing changed
Hm, I'm at a loss at the moment.
Maybe something has been changed for 470 driver?
This driver should work with kernel 6.8, so you could try if that helps.
Here is a discussion about problems with this driver in ubuntu 24.04 (go to the latest posts)
Otherwise, the only thing that comes to mind is, you could test if your nvidia card works with Zorin 17.
tried still nothing changed
Idk whats wrong with my pc, I have this issue on every distro, but on some i could fix this
I reinstaled zorin to 17 and my drivers worked! Thank you bro
Glad to hear! I'd recommend you to stay at Zorin 17. It is still supported for two years.
If it is too slow you could consider to switch to Zorin 17 lite which needs less ressources. On my old machine Lite runs better than Core.
