I did this in Pinta. I put the WTC at Wagner Park so it has a nice water view like the original before they filled in the Hudson and put junk in the way.

At the risk of straying too close to politics, there are more than a few who feel that the best way to honor the victims would have been to rebuild exactly as it was, not to pave over the loss, but to demonstrate we won't allow anyone to change us. Depending on intent, it's not disrespectful, but a different opinion on honoring the memories of those lost.

Just checked to see if my scale is correct. One New York Plaza, on the opposite side of Battery Park, is 50 stories. The WTC was 110. My eyeball was exactly right.
We need to bring it back to the water.
