That is a relatively new CPU. My Guess would be that You need a newer Kernel for it. Like @StarTreker already wrote: Zorin 18 knocks on the Door. And this will have a newer Kernel. You should try it with this.
But I could imagine that even this Kernel could be not new enough. So, You would have to install a newer Kernel. Instructions are here:
I would suggest to try it with the Mainline Tool and use there the newest stable Kernel. Should be 6.17.
