Hello! When I press the power button my laptop turns on but the only thing that is appearing is a gray screen and can't do anything. Can you help me?
Hi, can you go into BIOS (press certain key during power up; please check your manual) and check the boot order?
I dont think its the boot order because then it would say "no bootable devices found".
Make sure secure boot is off

I still think OP should check the BIOS first.

Can you be more specific? This could be a Monitor Issue or it could be a System issue.
Does the computer manufacturer splash screen appear on boot?
Is there any text Printed on the screen at boot?
