after a crash of Windows, I got that message from the title and the screen.
I've tried different tutorials, but non of them seem to work...
Any idea what I can do, or how to just reinstall grub?

Could you maybe explain what Crash that was? What have You done with Windows? Was there an Update or so?
For GRUB: You could create a bootable USB Stick with Zorin and start it in the Try Mode. There look for Boot Repair Program and run it.
