I have installed Zorin OS as a virtual machine in Virtualbox.
However, it doesn't seem to expand the display to the full screen. I tried installing guest editions at the start of the install but still does not work.
Did you run sh ./VBoxLinuxAdditions.run in the right dicretory (in this case in the CD-Rom direcory?
If you're on a Linux machine, I recommend using Boxes instead. It's point'n'click and no extra steps.

I have tried on GNOME Boxes BUT there still seems to be an issue of not expanding to full screen.
I am using Manjaro OS as my host machine.
How do I ensure sh ./VBoxLinuxAdditions.run is running in the right directory?
It will complain that it can't execute the script.
