I have gaming keyboard, and I use Scroll Lock to enable the lights. that worked in windows tho. When I moved to the zorin os It doesn't work.. but my keyboard layout is default..
Maybe it works when You press the Fn-Key plus Scroll Lock.
Hardware specific buttons might react differently from Windows to any other OS, the keyboard manufacturer configured it to allow the system to use some keys to do certain actions but when you change OS it might interpret them differently.
I noticed it allows me to enable it when its like displaying "Z" and lenovo thing as loading like windows, but when it loads up it just disables? Like something disabling it on startup..

Hmm ... maybe it is some unsupported Stuff under Linux. Not the whole Keyboard but only some Stuff for the Keyboard Layout Function(?)
See if the answer with 5 votes helps:
Additionally, Zorin defaults to Wayland Compositor - see if this gets resolved by logging into Zorin on xorg instead of the default Wayland.
it havent worked
Having done a bit more research there is only a dev who has created a generic driver for Linux but onlty when Linux is being run as a Virtual Machine (VM).
i dont need virtual machine..
This is common in different things, like for example the projection method, the theme and the login screen background. If Scroll Lock works as intended during booting process it means that your computer uses a certain keyboard layout at boot process but when Zorin OS is loaded its keyboard layout is set. I'd say that you might try changing it from the settings, you can do some changes to that and if changes don't help you can simply restore the previous state. If you let the new changes that failed you might have new problems when someone else gives other suggestions, this is why I suggest restoring the previous state if the new changes didn't do what expected. For example on Windows I was used to closing stuff with alt + F4 but in Zorin OS it wasn't working so I opened the keyboard settings and all I had to do was changing the alternative characters key to the layout default and finally solved the thing. You might have to do some small changes there. Also, to test if Screen Lock is detected correctly when pressed you can open the virtual keyboard in Settings > Keyboard > click the 3 dots on your input source choice > View keyboard layout. I'd really like to know if when you press it the virtual keyboard shows it.
