Hi israelleite,
Can you go through the steps you made leading up to the error? Did you go in through Online Accounts?
Hopefully I or another member will be able to help you.

Have people here followed the WebApps process given here?:
I suspect that Office365 integration may only be possible if you personally subscribe to Office365. The reference to Tenant ID refers to people accessing a version of Office 365 through a work's licence, which will require a copy of Windows to work. A possible solution to this might be to install the Edge Browser. During lockdown I had to run a VM of Windows to use Office365. After you leave a work organisation, access to 365 gets revoked as you are no longer entitled to use it unless you take up a monthly subscription personally. Personally I am well rid of Microsoft Office. SoftMaker Office Professional and their Free Office is far superior to anything MS has to offer. Anyone who requires Outlook365 to work, Evolution is better, I configured it myself for my work account during lockdown (at least I got a computer beep of email notifications which Outlook365 never gave (or never will).
I'm using the cli onedrive and it's working pretty fine really, you can also use onedrive-gui if you need an interface to manage it
Thanks salemsayed.
Onedrive is not my issue, it's more that in Zorin Online Accounts there is (should be) the ability to install Microsoft365 and Onedrive together. The trouble is that it does not appear to work.
I think one drive is different, especially if it is personal and suspect it is one area that depends on user credentials, but if One Drive is a work-based one it would still need credentials used to access a work domain. If you are using one drive as an individual, then there should not be any issues. Personally I prefer murena.io because all you need is a browser. And the servers are based in Norway, not data-scraping US ones. This is what annoys me about pCloud "Lovingly made in Switzerland" ... but Cloud storage is in the US!
Thanks swarfendor437 for your input to this discussion.
I do have a Microsoft365 active personal subscription but I cannot get the Online Account for Microsoft365 and Onedrive to work with my account details; my login is accepted every where else within Microsoft.
Just done a search using Ubuntu 24.04 in search criteria as that is what Zorin 18 is based on:
" Ubuntu 24.04 LTS includes native integration for accessing Microsoft OneDrive files through the GNOME 46 online accounts system, which allows you to browse and manage your files directly in the Nautilus file manager without installing third-party software. To set this up, open the Settings application, navigate to Online Accounts, and select the Microsoft 365 account type. Click "Sign in" without entering any details in the subsequent dialog, which will redirect you to Microsoft's authentication page in your default browser. After logging in with your Microsoft account credentials and confirming the sign-in to GNOME, your account will appear in the Online Accounts list with a toggle to enable Files access. Once enabled, a virtual mount icon with your account name will appear in the Nautilus sidebar, allowing you to browse your OneDrive files as if they were local.
However, this method does not provide offline access or file synchronization; it requires a constant internet connection for file operations. If you are unable to access files after a successful mount, the issue may stem from bugs in the version of the gvfs package included in Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, which could affect file permissions. A known workaround is to use the abraunegg OneDrive client, an open-source solution that supports bidirectional synchronization, selective folder sync, and offline access. This client can be installed via the Ubuntu repository or a third-party OpenSUSE Build Service repository for updated versions. After installation, the client requires authorization through a web browser, after which it creates a local copy of your OneDrive files.
For users needing more advanced features or facing issues with the native integration, alternative solutions include onedriver (a FUSE-based filesystem), rclone (a multi-cloud command-line tool), or OneDriveGUI (a graphical interface for the abraunegg client). These tools offer greater control over synchronization, bandwidth usage, and file management, though they require additional setup and configuration.

Wow swarfendor437,
That's what I call "comprehensive"!! I will work my way through that.
Thanks.
I was very excited to see the 'OneDrive integration', but as a Windows, and not terribly happy InSync user, I was a bit disappointed at the lack of configurability:
It comes up with an odd directory name
There doesn't seem anyway to create local tracking copies
And something else that I can't remember
For my laptops, I don't need everything locally synced, but for my desktop machine, which runs Zorin, it's important that it can sync everything including other users in the house. Together with OneDrive, an external back up drive and this 'file server', I feel I have a good redundancy.
I only have 18 installed on a little experimental machine so I haven't been using the feature day to day as we all seem to still be waiting for the upgrade.
Hopefully, this has been released as a minimum viable product, and many more features are in the works. I guess it's up to the folks at Ubuntu (?).
I have successfully installed Microsoft Online Apps (Zorin 18 Pro). Most of the apps work; Word, Excel. OneDrive, PowerPoint, Microsoft People (Outlook Contacts) and Onenote. However there is an issue with Outlook itself in that other than an Outlook Live account you cannot add other IMAP accounts. This is due to restrictions in Outlook being the Run in Web browser app. All of the apps are web browser based versions.
Hope this helps.
There is a better way if you must use the inferior data scraping Outlook mail client that sells your mail contents to third parties. During lockdown I had to figure it out myself by searching online I was able to find out incoming and outgoing settings for Outlook365 and applied my work email address to Evolution which is a very close look alike to to the original desktop Outlook. Additionally you can have multiple accounts in Evolution. Farcically the works IT Department had but a simple 'screen' over Outlook365's server settings which was easily removed with a left click. Currently I have my personal murena account email and my business email running nicely in Evolution.
As for the OneDrive part: I've opted to not go with the built-in web accounts feature. I was having trouble with the syncing and creation of files and folders. The built-in functionality seems to have no offline mode and always fetches files and other stuff. It's quite slow.
Now I'm using another approach with the following apps:
There's a very good tutorial on the installation of this stack here (with or without the GUI aspects): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LcCQ-wrZIMc
This seems to work good and I have the ability to work offline as I used to have.
Maybe something worth looking into for the future development of Z18?
Thanks for your helpful information wLw. I will certainly look through all of this.
