Helldiver 2 Can't connect to game or friend lobby

so that it i cant connect to any game whit quick play and cant play with my friend connection time out.
just switched to zorin os 4 month ago so i am realy noob in linux

i tried desable/eneble ipv6 but dint work
i reinstalled the game dint work
i tried diferent proton dint work
I tried to use wifi insted of cabel dint work
I tried wifi with my phone internet dint work

in solo the game work 100%

zorin 0s up to date

9070xt steel legend
as rock B450M Steel Legend
48gig of ram

i play ARC Raider on it no problem just helldiver 2 that dont want to connect

And what is strange its that 4 mounth ago wen i installed it i am prety sure it was working but i just tested it and stop playing it now we want to play it with my friend again and it dont work. A other game to that stopped working online is RISK OF RAIN 2 i playes it like a month ago and was working fine now cant conect to multiplayer. I tried thos game on my other pc on windows 10 and everyting work fine

Is Steam installed as Flatpak or did You download the .deb Version from Steam directly?

It's advisable to use the (zorin OS (apt) package when it comes to Steam. Flatpak runs in sandbox and needs to be set correctly up with Flatseal.

Okay, You have the flatpak Version installed. Flatpaks run with limited Permissions be default (that is intended). And this can lead to some Issues. I would suggest to uninstall the Flatpak Version and use the APT Version or download the .deb Version directly from Steam.

just installed steam directly from steam and reinstalled the game but still dont work :cry:

Does this game use Anti-Cheat?

Anti-Cheat looks for spoofing; and since Steam is running on Zorin OS using a compatibility layer, it looks like Spoofing to anti-cheat.
Anti-Cheat is contentious because game makers know it is a problem and could fix it; but won't because they consider the GnuLinux market insignificant.

You probably can get it to load using Proton-GE, but entering a lobby or a friends server - May be blocked by anti-cheat.

Some games, the server owner can disable the anti-cheat - which will allow Unix-like users to join.

Just tested my other game that stopped working online Risk of rain 2 that game i am 100% sur it was working before on zorin os and now it work againe on nobara so definatly someting changed in zorin os a uptdate? Dont know
