Can you run
sudo apt --fix-broken install
Once that completes, launch Software & Updates application.
Change your Download from to Main Server in the drop down menu.
Close the application (click yes on the prompt to refresh your sources).
In terminal run
sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade
Then test if installing Miktex works.

I don't understand the Language, but it looks for me that for this Program some Dependencies are needed, which are not available.
What is this Program? And did You checked the Instructions for installing it - especially for installing on Linux?
On the homepage of miktex there is no installation method mentioned for ubuntu 22.04 which Zorin is based on. It looks pretty old and no more maintained. Here is a solution mentioned but I don't know if it will work or makes sense to try:
There are many problems reported with this program on ubuntu 22.04 on github because of dependencies. You could try an older version.
