When i boot my laptop up it said "error:you need to load the kernel first." And i thought it was temporary but its not because i had this error before and i waited a day and it fixed itself. Can someone help?

When You have Zorin still on an USB Stick to start, start it and use the ''Try Zorin'' Mode. In this look for ''Boot Repair'' and let it run.
