I want to create a folder pro primeos before the home directory, in the system folder as in the picture below

And I can't create the folder. gives an error (Permissions do not allow to create or paste files in this dirétorio, and I really need to create the folder for me to create the custom grub to select, I like the prime also along with my windows and zorin, but zorin does not identify it!
