The screen card is a separate AMD 7650 Radeon,

The hibaerntion mode didn't work for me,

Here is a guide about setting up hibernation. Do you want to use hibernation or suspend? Hibernation is in most Linux distributions disabled by default because many computers have problems with hibernation in Linux. Have you tested if suspend works well?
